The Conference registration fee is €40 and can only be completed via this link.

Includes:

  • In-person attendance at the Conference.
  • Participation in scheduled cultural visits and activities.

Participation in the closing lunch of the Congress has an additional cost of €20, and you must indicate your participation at the time of registration.

Confirmation of Registration
Once the registration application is completed, you will receive a confirmation email along with a payment receipt.

Cancellation Policy

  • Registrations made before September 1, 2025, are eligible for a 100% refund in case of cancellation.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date.

Congress Attendance

  • Registration is mandatory to attend the Conference.
  • Seats are limited. Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
